Facilities/Maintenance Supervisor

General Job Description:
Lead and direct all facility and maintenance activities, including:
Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines including OSHA, EPA, and state and municipal statures.
Develop and maintain appropriate scheduling and recordkeeping systems to support periodic internal reviews and external audits of all facility regulatory requirements.
Schedule all mandatory and elective inspections in a timely manner.
Ensure that all facility systems and production equipment are maintained in optimal operational condition.
Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance programs
Provide technical support to all maintenance personnel as needed.
Ensure that all maintenance personnel are proficient at root cause analysis and methodical troubleshooting.
Manage and negotiate various service agreements to support facility systems, structure, grounds, and parking areas.
Direct and supervise facilities/maintenance staff.
Foster teamwork and promote constructive working relationships through example and effective communication.
Participate on the Workplace Safety Committee and provide guidance with the committee activities.
Oversee the security of the facility and manage the access control system.
Handle emergency situations after normal business hours.
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Experience & Other Essential
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of facilities and equipment maintenance management in a CNC manufacturing environment.
Thorough knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and regulations.
Must be capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and ladder diagrams.
Must have experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC production equipment.
Must possess an in-depth operational understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, phone, and security systems.
Exceptional organization and record keeping skills are required.
Knowledge of and ability to operate all material handling and lift equipment.
Strong desire and ability to lead others through demonstrated commitment to excellence.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Promote a positive, professional atmosphere and support activities that enhance the welfare and morale of employees.
Promote and ensure a safe working environment by demonstrating consistent adherence to safety policies.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
