Industrial Bakery Supervisor

The ideal candidate will require supervisory experience, preferably in the Industrial/Commercial Baking Industry. The following descriptions are some of the key requirements needed to perform the daily objectives.
o Must be able to work nights and weekends according to production needs.
o Coordinates weekly production schedule with employees and supply warehouse.
o Completes weekly employee schedule based on the production schedule.
o Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedule.
o Interfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines and specifications are met.
o In conjunction with quality assurance staff, inspects and analyzes products to verify conformance to product specifications.
o Adjusts machines, equipment and work processes to ensure product specifications are met.
o Completes duties, and ensures that subordinates complete their duties, in accordance with quality assurance, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety and other company programs and procedures, and in accordance with government codes and regulations.
o Works to maintain and improve the quality and safety of each product and the processes used in their manufacture.
Compensation will be determined at the time of interview, depending on experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
