Sr. Electrical Engineer
Senior Electrical Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of microprocessor-based, mixed-signal circuit boards for integration into our company's products. This role involves writing embedded software in C language to control actuators and interface with external systems, as well as building and testing prototype circuits. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing guidance to designers and technicians, writing comprehensive product documentation, and assisting in product commercialization and manufacturing support.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electro-mechanical applications.
- Strong theoretical background with practical experience in circuit board design, schematic generation, and PCB layout tools such as Orcad/Altium.
- Proficiency in designing open/closed loop servo mechanisms, motor design, and inverter development.
- Expertise in power supply development and industrial process control.
- Ability to multitask in a hands-on environment and effectively communicate within a team setting.
- Proven track record of providing engineering support for existing products.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
Physical Requirements:
- Capable of standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods in an office environment.
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Predictable and reliable attendance required, with a standard 40-hour workweek.
