Warehouse Administrator Work Location United- Hughes, Levittown, PA Responsibilities Include:
Begin routing process for next day deliveries and provide any needed assistance to drivers or DC team members.
Handle in-bound requests to the distribution center to mitigate the volume of direct contact that the DC Manager has with internal and external stakeholders.
Respond to Salesforce cases and emails requiring responses from the distribution center and delivery fleet.
Cases with inquiries regarding ETA's, delivery appointments, etc.
Assist manufacturing, supply partners, and 3rd party logistic carriers in setting up receiving appointments in our online porta Contact clients to set up delivery appointments, as required.
Act as the primary channel for company sales and customer service personnel to solicit special requests of the DC Manager and Logistics Supervisor.
Keep detailed records of priority delivery requests, daily delivery manifest and LTL rates.
Review invoices for approval provided by billing for 3rdparty shipments and temporary driving staff.
Obtain rate quotes and set up all LTL and FTL shipments Fill out and submit reporting to Corporate office as required Update and maintain records in our driver database Ideal Candidate Will Have:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years in an administrative position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be organized, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in an office and warehouse setting.
Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
