This position is 100% grant-funded with an anticipated grant end date of December 30, 2024.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee program activities and events at our site.
Engage with program participants, providing support and assistance as needed.
Assist in the management of grant funds and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
Collaborate with local community organizations to promote program awareness and foster partnerships.
Provide training and supervision to volunteers and interns assisting with program activities.
Participate in program evaluation activities to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain organized documentation and prepare reports on program outcomes and metrics.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
Experience in program coordination or community outreach preferred.
Knowledge of grant management and compliance is a plus.
Flexibility to adapt to changing program needs and priorities.
