Serve as a single point of contact to internal and external customers to ensure seamless access to our Physicians and staff.

Manage multiple incoming phone lines.

Greet all callers.

Forward calls and take messages.

Document relay and route messages.

Duties as assigned.
Requirements.
Attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and communications and interpersonal skills required.

Must be detail orientated.

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
